  “Congratulations to Andre, he did a great job and his goals helped us a lot,” said Petr. “It wasn’t an easy game. They put absolutely everything into it and it took us a while before we finally broke through their defence. Luckily, Andre scored three goals in a rapid sequence and then we had already won. They did make a comeback eventually but we retained control,” Petr recounted the events of the match.
He then departed for a pre-match meeting with the Czech national team- as a Premier League leader. “It’s all worked out just great, among other things because Arsenal lost and therefore lost even more points on us. It’s a fantastic confidence boost and I’m sure will keep those good results coming when I’m back in London,” added Petr.
