Czech team has advanced for Euro 2008

The Czechs have a proud history in the European Championships having won the tournament in 1976 when still Czechoslovakia. They have been losing finalists in England in 1996, semi-finalists in the first tournament in 1960 and the most recent in 2004, plus they finished 3rd in 1980.
