It could have been an amazing game...

The Blues lost 2-3 against Manchester United. The match was influenced by a couple of disputable decisions made by the referee, however Petr was not allowed to address them.

How, then, did he evaluate the match? „It could have been an amazing game but unfortunately it wasn't. We managed to recover and make a great comeback after a bad start by putting the opponent under pressure, which obviously meant two goals in ManU's net. At 2-2 it looked like Chelsea would be the winning team,“ said Petr, the captain of his team. 

“We were on a great streak but I can't comment on what happened then. We are not allowed to assess the referees' performance and neither are we in the position to comment on controversial situations that may arise during a match. Therefore there's nothing more to say, as this is what the rest was all about anyway,” added Petr.
The Blues were forced to suffer the consequences of Torres's red card, not to forget that the winner was scored by Hernandez from an offside position. Nevertheless, Chelsea may rectify their defeat this coming Wednesday already, as they will be hosting Man Utd at Stamford Bridge in League Cup game.
