Nomination for UEFA award as in previous years
PETR ČECH is among the players which have been nominated for UEFA's Club Footballer of the Year awards to be presented in Monte Carlo next week. Victor Valdes from Barcelona FC and Edwin van der Sar from Manchester United will be Petr's rivals for collecting the trophy for the Best goalkeeper of the Champions League 2008/09.
