Slow start leads to a great result

The Blues were initially off to a slow start. "I'm blaming our crammed schedule. We were a bit like a diesel car and it took a while to get moving. We were all tired. We defended well but we didn't get into a whole lot of goal opportunities in the first half. Unlike ourselves, our opponent had a couple of dangerous counter-attacks but we managed to deny them. In the last minute they crossed into the box from a corner, Cesar Azpilicueta wanted to clear the ball away and was unlucky enough to strike it right in the goal," described Petr.
Chelsea was able to turn the score around right after the interval. "Sunderland fortunately went on to score an own goal, too, and a while after that we scored. From then on we just maintained the upper hand and stayed nice and relaxed.“
