We’re not giving up

  “We all know what it takes to qualify for the next round. A 2-0 win at home should be pretty doable; in the less favourable scenario, 3-1 plus a final battle for qualification might be inevitable. Definitely not a dream result one way or another, though. We realise it’s going to be a tough game against a dangerous opponent but nothing’s over yet,” stated Petr after today’s training session.
“PSG have an advantage now but we’re used to playing under a great deal of pressure. It’s going to be vital to start the match well enough, ideally score right off the start,” Petr explained.
“Mainly, though, we need to make sure we learn from our mistakes from the first leg. Had we retained our control we could easily have won, but we lost it and they certainly punished us for it. We can’t afford such errors anymore,” he added.
